1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order you place on this website and to every agreement between you and Alma Milano. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout and is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders and agreement

Your order is an offer to buy. The agreement is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping details are described in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates. If we do not deliver within the time we have stated, you have the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. How this works, including free returns, is described in our Return and refund policy, which includes a model withdrawal form.

7. Product information and sizing

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the available sizes before ordering. If you are unsure about your size, email us and we will help you.

8. Legal guarantee

Our products must conform to the agreement. You have the legal rights that apply to you as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described. If you think a product is not in order, email us with your order number and photos.

9. Complaints

Email your complaint to AlmaMilano.official@outlook.com. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and aim to respond with a substantive answer within 14 days.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damage as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and the name Alma Milano, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every agreement between you and Alma Milano. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. Disputes can be brought before the competent court, without limiting your right to go to the court in your country of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version that was shown on the website when you placed it.
