Return and refund policy

Try it risk-free: 14 days

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, without giving a reason. Returning is free for you: we cover the return shipping costs.

Condition of returned items

For hygiene reasons, returned items must be in new condition: unworn apart from trying them on, unwashed, with tags and labels attached, with any hygiene seal or liner still in place, and in the original packaging. If a returned item shows signs of wear, washing or damage beyond what is needed to try it on, we may reduce your refund by the amount the item has lost in value.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at AlmaMilano.official@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the items you want to return. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
  2. We reply with return instructions and cover the return shipping cost, for example with a prepaid label or by reimbursing your reasonable shipping costs.
  3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to return it.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items, and the standard shipping costs you paid, within 14 days after we receive your return. Refunds go to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few more days before the refund shows on your statement.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, email us with your order number and photos. You also keep the legal rights you have as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for goods that are not as described. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
